Kate McNally BSc Pod, RCPod, HCPC registered
Podiatrist and Practice Owner

I trained at Plymouth University and qualified in 1992 with a Batchelor of science in Podiatry. After graduating I was employed by South Buckinghamshire NHS where I gained valuable experience in all aspects of routine podiatry and the specialist care of Diabetic and Arthritic foot conditions, Nail Surgery and Biomechanics of the foot and leg. I stayed for eight years and became the Deputy Manager of the department and ran the laboratory where insoles and orthoses were made.

I obtained a certificate in Sports Podiatry in 2000 which I used to great effect when I  moved back to Devon in 2001, as I continued my work for the NHS part time and established a Private Podiatry Practice with a team of highly reputable Physio Therapists in Exeter.
I started work in Budleigh Salterton in 2006, focusing on primary care of foot health conditions. I pride myself in a professional yet caring approach to understanding and treating each case individually. Foot health problems will be fully assessed and appropriate treatments are then tailored to meet each patient’s needs.

As member of the Royal College of Podiatrists, and registered with the Health Care Professions Council, I regularly attend courses and workshops to further my continuing personal and professional development.

Hazel Hunt MAR SAC Dip. FHP
Foot Health Practitioner

I qualified as a nurse Exeter in 1984. Working with people to enable them to live well has always been what I have wanted to do. After a leg injury which put an end to my nursing career, I decided to retrain as a reflexologist. Later I also proudly qualified  as a Foot Health Practitioner from Stonebridge College in Bude, with a L4 Diploma(Distinction) in Theory, and a Diploma in Practical (Advanced)Training.
A Foot Health Practitioner's role is to help people with their routine foot health. I have been trained to recognise foot conditions and to either treat them, or to know when I need to refer on to a Podiatrist for more specialist foot care. At Rolle Podiatry this means that you can see someone for appropriate care within the team.
Since qualifying I have attended further seminars, masterclasses and workshops with other professionals within the foot world, ensuring that I am following the best practice and up to date with changes in the sector. I aim always to provide a friendly but professional service where safety, hygiene, comfort, and confidentiality are important.

I am a registered Clinical Audiologist (RCCP) and Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC).
I have spent the last 21 years working in Audiology (Ears!), having qualified in 2003 at De Montford University in Leicester.
I worked for 12 years post-qualification as an NHS Audiologist at the RD&E Hospital in Exeter, and at various community hospitals throughout Exeter, Mid & East Devon.
In 2011, I proudly gained a Masters Degree in Rehabilitative Audiology at the University of Bristol. The specialist modules included tinnitus, adult rehabilitation and Audiology for those with complex needs.
In 2015, I embarked on a new challenge, and helped to set up and project-manage a brand-new hearing centre in Exeter city centre. I spent the following 3 years as Principal Audiologist and Hearing Centre Manager, dispensing private hearing aids and connectivity devices, and providing custom hearing protection and other specialist Audiology services. I also gained an additional qualification during this hectic time, the Institute of Acoustics Certificate of Competence in Workplace Noise Risk Assessments - in short, this means that I am able to carry out workplace noise risk assessments/noise surveys, and provide written reports and custom hearing protection, in addition to conducting diagnostic audiometry.
I then spent 3 years, (with a lockdown gap to work for NHS Test & Trace), as a Locum Audiologist working at various NHS hospitals, testing hearing (both adults and paediatrics) and fitting adult hearing aids. I also saw patients with learning and other complex needs, and fitted a wide range of hearing aids from a range of hearing aid manufacturers (including CROS, BICROS and Tinnitus Combination aids).

I founded Southwest Audiology Services in August 2021 as I wanted to provide the very best in independent Audiology services plus 'gold-standard' microsuction ear wax removal. To give my time and expertise, to allow informed decision-making without delays, bias, limited testing or choices, time pressures or long waiting lists.  Check out my 5* rated excellent trustpilot reviews!

I am a qualified person-centred integrative counsellor. Sounds daunting, but simply put, means that I work alongside people using talking therapy and a combination of approaches to help them through times when life seems hard.
Things can unravel with or without reason and it can feel as though we're going mad. Whether you are left feeling hopeless, alone or overwhelmed, or you are agitated, ashamed, bewildered, flat, numb or angry. You are probably experiencing any one of the huge range of human responses to life's challenges.
Counselling can help you to understand what's going on for you and may help you work out how to better deal with these responses. This might include understanding what is going on for you in the here-and-now.
Making that first contact can feel overwhelming, but by picking up the phone, sending a message or email, we can start a conversation and I can try to answer any questions you might have. You might want to have a look at my website first;  https://carolinedaveycounselling.com/ . The next step will be to agree on an initial session where we'll talk about what you would like to get out of counselling and what to expect. If you're happy to then continue to a second session, we can arrange how and when we meet maybe weekly or fortnightly.

Anna Maria Mazzieri BSc (Hons)
SOFT TISSUE THERAPIST MISRM MSTA AND EDUCATOR

I just love my profession, I love working together with people to help them feel better, move better and perform better.
I have been in practice for 20 years and I study extensively to ensure I am up to date with evidence and be at the best practice end of the profession.
If you have sustained an injury or you have been in pain for a long time I can help you.
My treatment is a combination of massage, manual therapy and exercise/movement. I extensively use functional neurology which is a fancy word to describe evidence based exercises for visual, vestibular and proprioceptive rehabilitation which I find especially useful for improving pain and function.
I obtained the BTEC level 5 Diploma and have a degree in Sports Therapy.
As of 2023 I am applying for a Masters in Neuroscience.
I founded and still am lead tutor at The School which is a centre of excellence for the delivery of BTEC level 5 Diploma and training of Soft Tissue Therapists. The School has now become a driver for better and higher standards in the industry advocating evidence based practice.
